Orders, refunds and returns
Email orders@venvs.co for anything related to an order — delivery status, size exchanges, cancellations or refunds. You can also simply reply to your order confirmation email; it reaches the same team.
We respond within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries should be reported within 48 hours of arrival with photos of the product and packaging.
Payments
All payments on venvs.co are processed securely by Stripe and charged in US dollars (USD). Your card statement will show a descriptor referencing VENVS. For billing questions, email orders@venvs.co with the order reference from your receipt.
