Shipping fees and delivery times
- Free standard shipping on orders of $24 or more.
- Orders under $24: flat standard shipping fee of $2.
- Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and usually delivered within 2–5 business days.
- Delivery can take longer during holidays, new-collection launches, or to remote areas.
Returns and size exchanges — 7 days
You may request a size exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odour-free, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
Exchanges are subject to stock. If the replacement size is unavailable, we will help you choose another item or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and keep photos of the product, shipping label and packaging. When a defect or fulfilment error is confirmed, Venus covers all return shipping costs and will replace the item or refund it in full — your choice.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is handed to the carrier. Reply to your order confirmation email or write to our support team with your order reference.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method, in USD, via our payment processor (Stripe).
- Approved refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection (or immediately for cancellations and confirmed defects).
- Your bank or card issuer may need a further 5–10 business days to display the credit.
Items not eligible for return
Gifts, items marked "final sale", items that have been worn or washed, and items damaged by care that does not follow the care instructions are outside the scope of this policy.
How to start a return or refund
Email us via the Contact Us page with your order reference (starts with "VNS-") and, for defects, photos. We respond within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
